AG9999 Terms and Conditions — Full Terms of Service for Betting Accounts

1General Terms & Eligibility

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between ag9999 ("the Company", "we", "us") and the user of the service ("you", "Member"). ag9999 is an online betting and entertainment platform operating under an international licence.

Although these Terms are published in Bangla, applicable international law and the rules of the platform's licensing authority shall always prevail. ag9999 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and continued use of the service following any changes will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms.

• These Terms & Conditions apply equally to all users.
• Ag9999's services are intended for personal entertainment purposes only.
• Betting for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited.
• Citizens of countries where online betting is prohibited by law are not permitted to use ag9999.

2Account Registration & Eligibility

The following requirements must be met to open an account at ag9999. Failure to meet these conditions will result in your registration being rejected and your account may be closed at a later stage.

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration.
• Each individual may only operate one account — multiple accounts from the same name, address, or device are not permitted.
• All information provided at registration — including your name, date of birth, mobile number, and email — must be accurate and truthful.
• Ag9999 may request a national ID, passport, or other government-issued document at any time for identity verification.
• You are responsible for keeping your account password secure. Do not share your login credentials with any third party.

3Deposit & Payment Policy

Ag9999 supports the most popular payment methods in Bangladesh. The following conditions apply to deposits:

• The payment method used for deposits must be registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Ag9999 reserves the right to return a deposit without providing a reason.

4Withdrawal Policy & Conditions

The following conditions apply to withdrawals from ag9999. We recommend completing KYC verification in advance for a faster, hassle-free withdrawal experience.

• At least one deposit must be made before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
• The principal deposit amount must be wagered at least once before a direct withdrawal can be made.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 BDT.
• The maximum daily withdrawal limit depends on your account tier and verification status.
• Withdrawals exceeding BDT 50,000 will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.
• Ag9999 may suspend a withdrawal and request additional verification in the event of a suspicious transaction.

5Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting on ag9999 at all times. Sport-specific rules may also apply and will be stated separately in the relevant market.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled (except via the cash-out feature).
• Ag9999 reserves the right to void any bet placed at incorrect odds due to a technical error.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Odds in live betting can change instantly, and updated odds may apply before confirmation is received.
• Placing bets on the same event from multiple accounts will be treated as syndicate betting and is strictly prohibited.
• Bets identified as taking advantage of clearly incorrect odds ("Palpable Error") will be voided.
• Ag9999 reserves the right to make the final ruling on any event until the result has been officially announced.

A special note for cricket betting: if a match is incomplete due to rain, settlement will be based on the DLS method result. If a match is officially abandoned for any reason, all bets will be refunded.

6Bonus & Promotion Terms

Ag9999 offers a variety of bonuses and promotions. Each offer carries its own specific terms, though certain general rules apply to all bonuses.

• Please read the specific terms of each offer carefully before claiming any bonus.
• Most bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement — withdrawals are generally available after wagering 5 to 30 times the bonus amount.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time; another cannot be activated while one is in use, unless the offer explicitly states otherwise.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. If wagering requirements are not completed within the specified period, the bonus will be forfeited.
• Some games do not contribute to bonus wagering — please refer to the list in the offer's terms.
• Any attempt to claim the same bonus more than once will result in forfeiture of that bonus.

7Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ag9999 platform. Violations will result in immediate account closure and possible forfeiture of funds.

1. Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account.
2. Betting using match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
3. Placing bets using software, bots, or automated systems.
4. Exploiting incorrect odds or technical errors.
5. Money laundering or use of funds derived from illegal sources.
6. Placing bets using funds belonging to a third party.
7. Abusing bonuses or claiming bonuses across multiple accounts.
8. Any unauthorized attempt to access ag9999's servers or systems.

Ag9999 monitors all transactions and betting activity. If unusual patterns are detected on any account, it may be temporarily suspended pending investigation.

8Account Suspension & Closure Policy

Ag9999 reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account under any of the following circumstances:

• Upon breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to verify your identity or provision of false information.
• Upon evidence of suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• You submitted a self-exclusion request.
• Upon receipt of a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Upon account closure, any valid balance (excluding bonuses) is generally returned within 5–15 business days. However, ag9999 reserves the right to withhold funds while an investigation is ongoing.
